Hire Your VA provides professionals to clients who are Hire Your VA’s employees, not clients’ employees. As a result, the user should always use Hire Your VAs’ services and not consider the allocated employee to be their exclusive point of contact.
2. Authority
The client must be knowledgeable of the geographical difference between self and the virtual assistant. Mutual respect and courtesy are required in a creative and professional partnership. You must evaluate the importance of communication via email, chat, phone, or video call as a Hire Your VA client. It is the client’s obligation to know that virtual staff may require training or clarification on projects at any moment. Keeping all communication lines open, will result in proper support and higher-quality work.
3. Payment Methods
Except for the free trial, all of our services are compensated. For your chosen service, we offer credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers, etc. as methods of payment.

4. Honesty and integrity
Hire Your VA and the customer have agreed that no sensitive information will be shared with anyone else. The firm additionally guarantees the client that all staff is bound by an agreement not to share any of the client’s personal data.

5.Termination & Cancellation
Hire Your VA has the right to terminate any of the client’s allotted staff’ services.
